This was an incredibly high stress move for us with a house closing that kept getting moved and moved and moved. Greg was patient and thorough, checking in with us weekly for updates. He articulated company policy well and did his best to get us in on our preferred date. (Which, he did!) The crew themselves - 3 men (and Alvin the Chipmunk on the grill of the truck, LOL) were truly a cut above. The supervisor was strategic, solved problems creatively and efficiently, communicated well with his team as well as with us and clearly had everyone's genuine, earned respect. The other two gentlemen were hard working, speedy yet careful, friendly and just a joy to work with. The job came in exactly as estimated, beautifully executed. In this sh!tshow of a transition, Move In USA was truly a bright spot and a gift. Highly highly recommend!
